Returns & exchanges

You get 10 days to return your product if it does not suit you.

Warning: returns via Chronopost are not accepted.
No washed product can be returned (unless special appreciation from Wickedone.fr, eg. in the case of an obious default on the product).

1- You have made a mistake when choosing your size or product and you want an exchange, a voucher or a refund:

In this case, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Send the goods by post and please make sure it includes:

- In all cases, the copy of your original invoice;
- The full explanation of your return on plain paper;

2- We made a mistake in preparing your package:

You did not receive the requested size, you did not receive the requested product or it is damaged.
In this case, Wickedone.fr supports your return costs (under condition*) and the return postage.

*Note: returns must be made in Colissimo La Poste or similar (not Chronopost or courier), otherwise your fee can not be refunded.

We ship the goods by including:
- A copy of your original invoice;
- The full explanation of your return on plain paper

The exchanges and returns processing time is about 2-4 working days for Metropolitan France, 4-6 days for Europe or Switzerland, from 10 to 15 days for overseas territories, after we received goods in return or exchange.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, only the items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Consequently, degraded product returns, washed and/or worn will be refused.
